Dear Jetthe,
Thank you for sharing this wonderful story, and for your accurate description of what happens indside you (/me) when we are confronted with this particular uncomfortable question: "Do you think it makes sense to work on your motivation". HE also asked me you know because I was in the Buddhist study group, and afterwords HE even chased me in my dream.......
In the dream I chose to press the emergency exit button and thereby escaping the somewhat unpleasant situation: A button that my ego is very proud and fierce of having constructed all by itself.....Gosh!....now I just realised that HE is an aspect myself.....Think it is time to let go of that emergency exit button :-)
Lots of love

Dear Jetthe
Thank you for sharing your story! I like it, and I like your honesty.

It makes me think about motivation - and I question myself: shall we work on our motivation - or shall we discover our motivation? Maybe when we discover our motivation it is good. Can there be pain behind a motivation? A feeling of being not good enough, if we don't have the best motivation (on the surface). Maybe our motivation says - like you show on the picture... I need oxygen, before I help others - in this "empty" world, where we all are related. ???
Your story helped me - because I struggle with my spiritual path. I struggle with feeling welcome and not welcome - good and not good enough!!! And this feeling intensifies and decreases .... like a heart or a breath.
I liked your story... And feel inspired to write myself.
Kind regards
me...
